terracotta floors, Tuscan timber
and cotto panelled ceilings, air-
conditioning TV and refrigerator.

The double rooms on the ground
floor have a separate sun terrace
and separate entrance.

The bathrooms have been renovated
completely with elements of cotto,
ceramics and marble.
